Skating and skate culture are what inspire Gabe Verde. At 4 years old he was given his first board and has been skating ever since. Although he has skated in many countries and hopes to continue exploring skate parks all over the world, Gabe is a New Yorker and spends most of his time on the streets and at the skateparks close to home as well as the one he has created in his own indoor space.
At 17, Gabe spends all of his free time skating, mastering tricks and maneuvering through life on his board. While Gabe never stops working on his skating skills, he has also immersed himself in the fashion, style and music of the skateboarding world. Gabe pays close attention to the brands and looks that are infiltrating and supporting skaters and their sport and always puts together a strong fit that both makes a statement and is comfortable enough to move in.
Inspired by these brands, Gabe has created his own brand, GABEVERDESKATENY. The products Gabe is creating are meant to look good, to feel good and to express what it is to love skating. He hopes you will come with him on this journey of self-expression and creation of some dope sh*t.
